Join Arun at Hyde Park - Queen's Gate Entrance, at 6:30pm.
A brief warm-up will kick things off, leading into a steady run on concrete and grass in the company of your fellow Boston University Students.
With a laid-back and enjoyable run, everyone from novices to seasoned runners are encouraged to participate (expect approximately a 3mile/5km route)
To wrap it up, we'll take part in some gentle stretches and a memorable group picture!
